Dr Aleksandra Petrović

Dr Aleksandra Petrović is an FMH specialist in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery. She has advanced expertise in cataract surgery, refractive surgery and corneal grafts.

She studied medicine at the University of Geneva, where she graduated in 2009, before training in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery in Lausanne, at the Jules-Gonin University Eye Hospital. Between 2014 and 2015, she furthered her training in the field of the cornea in Paris, at the Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation.

A chief resident from 2015 to 2018 at the Jules-Gonin Eye Hospital, she earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree there, then practised from 2018 to 2022 as a hospital physician in the cornea and refractive surgery department.

Since 2023, Dr Petrović has practised at the Grand-Pont Ophtalmologie practice in Lausanne. She puts her medical and surgical expertise at the service of precise, rigorous care tailored to each patient, particularly in the fields of cataract, cornea and refractive surgery.
